Website use and enquiries
This website is operated by Genesis Management Solutions, a proprietorship owned by Johnny B Paul. It presents our India-side recruitment support and partnership model and receives enquiries. Sending an enquiry or requesting information does not establish a consulting engagement, recruitment-service contract or other paid contract with Genesis.
Employer, partner and Genesis roles
Korean employers may submit hiring enquiries directly through the Genesis website. Genesis initially reviews the enquiry and identifies an appropriate consultant or partner. Identifiable enquiry information is shared only after the proposed recipient is identified and the enquirer gives written permission.
Genesis does not directly consult with, contract with or invoice Korean employers. An appropriate consultant or partner handles the employer relationship and relevant services within their actual agreed role.
Within the agreed partner engagement, Genesis provides India-side sourcing, initial screening, technical assessment, candidate-document preparation, apostille coordination, pre-departure preparation and logistics support. Genesis may join operational communication coordinated by the partner, but does not become the employer’s direct consultant or contractual counterparty.
Where regulated Korean work is needed, an appropriately qualified person performs it within the scope of their engagement. The competent authority determines applicable requirements and the final eligibility and application outcome. Genesis does not issue visas or guarantee approval.
Employer-side service terms
The appointed consultant or partner’s agreed terms govern the employer-side service. Confirm scope, fees, payment, cancellation and any post-hire support with that party. Genesis does not issue quotations to, contract with or invoice Korean employers.
The India-side scope and terms between Genesis and the consultant or partner are set out separately in their partnership arrangement. Prospective consultants or partner organisations may discuss that arrangement directly with Genesis.
Recruitment and immigration information
The E-7 guides provide general information based on the official sources and dates shown. Eligibility, application routes and documents must be checked for the particular role, candidate and case. Genesis’s technical assessments and document preparation do not replace regulated professional advice or the competent authority’s decision.
Genesis does not guarantee recruitment, continued employment, visa issuance or immigration approval. Past cases and durations shown on the website describe individual engagements and are not promises of future hiring outcomes or government processing times.

Provide accurate contact details and relevant hiring information, and do not send third-party personal information or materials you are not authorised to share. Consult the privacy policy and case-specific instructions before sending candidate records or arranging information sharing with an outside partner.
