Working With Immigration Scriveners
Genesis does not provide immigration filing services. Our role is to prepare candidate- and employer-side documentation so the materials reaching your scrivener (행정사) are internally consistent before the formal application process begins.
Where screening exposes unclear duty descriptions or employment-history discrepancies, we clarify with the candidate before the file leaves our side. The goal is to reduce preventable clarification requests during the scrivener's formal review.
The scrivener then prepares and submits the formal visa application, ensuring Ministry of Justice alignment.

Not a Visa Filing Agent
Genesis is not an immigration filing agent and does not provide legal counsel. The formal E-7 application is filed by your Korean immigration scrivener (행정사) or law firm. Our role is preparing and verifying the underlying file so the scrivener receives a coherent submission.
Not a Dispatch Business
Genesis operates regular recruitment connections only, not dispatch (파견) arrangements, short-term labour supply, or labour-export schemes. Every engagement is a direct, permanent employment relationship between the Korean employer and the Indian engineer.
Not an Outcome Guarantee
Korean Ministry of Justice review is at the Ministry's discretion. Genesis verifies role-classification fit, documentation completeness, and salary-threshold alignment, not the approval outcome itself. We do not predict or represent visa approval.
