Genesis prepares India-side candidate records requested through the consultant or partner. Regulated Korean immigration advice and filing representation are handled by an appropriately qualified Korean professional where applicable.
Where screening exposes unclear duty descriptions or employment-history discrepancies, we clarify with the candidate before the file leaves our side. The goal is to reduce preventable clarification requests during the scrivener's formal review.

Korean employers may submit hiring enquiries directly through the Genesis website. Genesis initially reviews the enquiry and identifies an appropriate consultant or partner. Identifiable enquiry information is shared only after the proposed recipient is identified and the enquirer gives written permission.
Genesis does not directly consult with, contract with or invoice Korean employers. An appropriate consultant or partner handles the employer relationship and relevant services within their actual agreed role.
Within the agreed partner engagement, Genesis provides India-side sourcing, initial screening, technical assessment, candidate-document preparation, apostille coordination, pre-departure preparation and logistics support. Genesis may join operational communication coordinated by the partner, but does not become the employer’s direct consultant or contractual counterparty.
Where regulated Korean work is needed, an appropriately qualified person performs it within the scope of their engagement. The competent authority determines applicable requirements and the final eligibility and application outcome. Genesis does not issue visas or guarantee approval.
