Website and enquiry information
This notice concerns the Genesis Management Solutions website enquiry form and contact channels. We use information you send to review and respond to enquiries and to explain appropriate next steps for employer enquiries.
Controller and contact
Genesis Management Solutions is a proprietorship owned by Johnny B Paul and is responsible for personal information collected through this website.

Trichy and Aluva are operational offices and are not open to visitors.

Information collected by the enquiry form
Required fields are enquiry type, name, company or organisation, email, subject and message. Phone is optional. Enquiry types are Korean employer, Korean consultant/legal/HR partner and general enquiry.
The form is submitted through Netlify Forms, together with the form identifier and a spam-prevention field. There is no file-upload facility. Do not paste candidate passports, identity numbers, CVs or supporting documents into the enquiry message.
Receipt and service providers
Netlify provides website hosting and enquiry-form processing. Submitted enquiries are managed in Netlify Forms, and submission notifications are sent to rj@genesis-management.com. Genesis initially reviews the enquiry.
Business email is handled through Google Workspace/Gmail. Only authorised Genesis personnel may access submission notifications and enquiry records.
When you access the website, the hosting provider may process request information to deliver and operate the service. The provider’s general privacy information is linked below.
Consultant and partner referrals
After reviewing an employer enquiry, we explain the next steps through an appropriate consultant or partner. Submitting this form does not automatically forward identifiable enquiry information to an outside consultant or partner. Before sharing information, a separate case-specific disclosure identifies the recipient, information, purpose and relevant retention details, and we obtain the enquirer’s written permission.
Consultants, partners and separately engaged qualified Korean professionals handle information within their respective service arrangements and privacy terms. Genesis identifies the proposed recipient and purpose and obtains the enquirer’s written permission before sharing identifiable information.
Enquiry retention
Netlify Forms submissions are retained for 12 months from submission. Enquiry correspondence is retained for 12 months after the last meaningful contact. Information reaching the end of its retention period is deleted or anonymised.
Subsequent contractual, accounting and statutory business records fall outside this enquiry schedule and follow applicable business record requirements.
Email, messaging and candidate documents
Email, WhatsApp and KakaoTalk links open the relevant service for direct contact. Messages and information sent there are subject to that provider’s handling. This website does not embed a messaging conversation or send your enquiry message to those services before you open a link.
Candidate CVs and qualification or employment records require a separate candidate privacy notice and process. Confirm the case-specific purpose, recipients, retention details and transfer method before using that separate process.
Analytics choice
Usage measurement through the Genesis-owned Google Analytics 4 property starts only on the production domain after affirmative consent. The Google Analytics tag does not load before consent or on preview sites. Advertising consent remains denied; declining analytics does not affect enquiries.
Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage under genesis_consent. It is not an enquiry record and is not transmitted to Genesis by that storage operation. It has no programmed expiry and remains until you change it or clear browser/site data. You can change it through Analytics settings in the footer.
The site’s analytics code does not include form values, email addresses or telephone numbers in analytics events. Query parameters and fragments are excluded from the page address.
Privacy questions and requests
Send questions about the use, retention or sharing of enquiry information, or requests for access, correction, deletion or cessation of processing, to rj@genesis-management.com. Give the enquiry date and contact details needed to identify the request; do not send a passport or other identity-document copy in your initial message.
