Not a Visa Filing Agent
Genesis is not an immigration filing agent and does not provide legal counsel. The formal E-7 application is filed by your Korean immigration scrivener (행정사) or law firm. Our role is preparing and verifying the underlying file so the scrivener receives a coherent submission.
Not a Dispatch Business
Genesis operates regular recruitment connections only, not dispatch (파견) arrangements, short-term labour supply, or labour-export schemes. Every engagement is a direct, permanent employment relationship between the Korean employer and the Indian engineer.
